Cancellation Charges
- Cancellations made more than one month before the check-in date will incur a cancellation charge of 20% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made between 15 days and one month before the check-in date will incur a cancellation charge of 40% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 10 days of the check-in date will incur a cancellation charge of 60% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 5 days of the check-in date will incur a cancellation charge of 70% of the total booking amount.
Refunds
If applicable, refunds will be processed within 15 business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your payment method and bank.
